This week, Diabetes Australia is inviting people living with diabetes, their carers, and health professionals to share one thing they’ve always wished people knew about the condition.

Here’s what our Exercise Physiologist, Maggie, has to say:
“Living with diabetes doesn’t mean giving up the activities you enjoy. In fact, regular exercise is one of the most effective ways to help manage blood glucose levels and improve overall health.”
