Unpopular opinion:
You can have everything… and still feel nothing.
4 years ago, I had the “perfect” life.
Good job. Good money. House. Long-term partner.
On paper? Winning.
In reality? Numb.
Every day felt like a loop.
Train. Podcast. Office.
“Living the dream.” (but make it sarcastic)
I’d come home exhausted, disconnected, scrolling just to feel something.
Our relationship became routine.
Our weekends were full.
But I felt empty.
And the scariest part?
Nothing was technically wrong.
I just didn’t feel like myself anymore.
So eventually… everything collapsed.
Relationship — gone.
Job — quit.
House — sold.
