My Express Evening Course runs 5:30 to 7:30pm. You complete a short online pre-learning module in your own time first, then spend the evening with me practising the hands-on skills that actually matter: confident CPR, using an AED, and first aid you’ll remember when it counts.

After 30+ years in nursing, from ICU to clinical education, I teach the “why”, not just the “how”.
