A loving warm welcome to Cristina from .you who started at The Chi Hub Noosa in January. Cristina is available each Friday and Saturdays by appointment and has been very sought after since she started at the hub.

Cristina is a deeply heart centred practitioner, a little bit more about Cristina below:

I offer a holistic blend of bodywork, energetic practices, and ceremonial spaces designed to support the whole being; body, mind, and subtle energy.

My work includes Tuina (Chinese Remedial Massage), Mama Medicina abdominal and womb work, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Energy Tuning (Reiki background), and the creation of bespoke 1:1 Ceremonies to honour meaningful moments and transitions in life.

At the heart of my practice is deep presence. I weave intuition, intention, and skilled touch to create a space where the body can soften, layers can release, and the nervous system can return to balance. Each session is an invitation to reconnect with your innate wisdom and restore a sense of flow, clarity, and grounded calm.

For over 12 years, I have been devoted to the art of massage and the many pathways through which we remember ourselves. My work is shaped by lived experience, learning and unlearning, grief and joy, play and challenge, and a deep reverence for the perfectly imperfect human journey. I remain continually inspired by the subtle intelligence of the body and the ways we evolve through this great “school of life.”

Each of my offerings is an expression of how I share my medicine, with integrity, curiosity, and profound respect for the human experience.

I am offering an intentional session called Gathering the Year, a way to pause, reflect, and gather yourself before stepping into a new cycle.

This experience weaves together nourishing bodywork and a Closing of the Bones ceremony, a ritual of drawing yourself back home, releasing the weight of the year, and gently anchoring your intentions as we transition from the Year of the Snake into what comes next.

You’ll be held in a slow and nurturing massage flow that supports your body to soften, unwind, and remember its own wisdom. Through gentle rebozo holds and intentional wrapping, your energy is gathered, centred, and invited into deeper stillness.

This is a space to exhale… to let the old cycle settle… and to step forward feeling more whole, grounded, and resourced.

These sessions are available until February at a special rate of $160.

For those wanting to begin the new year with breath as their guide,

January 1:1 Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions are available at $130 — a beautiful way to clear what’s lingering and reconnect with your centre.
