Simon’s first Parasympathetic Practitioner course only has 2 places left.

It has taken many years to develop and Simon is excited to share what has helped build many successful clinics over the years.

Full day immersive on a private acreage in Eumundi, it will begin with breath work and Simon will discuss his treatment philosophy. The afternoon will be practical, working on the body and using the German made massager that Simon has anchored his physio clinic around and has helped his patients get results through deep tissue fascia body work.

Hocko treating a 14yo boy who presented with a bruise to the coccyx bone from a fall playing basketball.

The treatment included massage around the area to create blood flow, cupping and dry needling for recovery.

A few days off sport 🏀 and will check in at the end of the week to see how the body is recovering ❤️‍🩹

Hocko using the massage machine on 12yr old who presented with typical tightness of children playing lots of sport.

Because of the vibration of the machine it allows the practitioner to apply pressure but saves your strength and gets maximum benefit.

The vibration allows Simon to apply more pressure which helps improve circulation and blood flow. This method tricks the body into feeling less pain, fast touch signals travel to the brain faster than slow pain signals. Scientists call this the gate control theory.

If Simon was to apply slow massage with his hands the patient may feel more uncomfortable with the pressure. Due to the vibration of the massage the fast touch signals close the brains gate to pain. This means he can apply more pressure with the machine.
