Watching the sun rise and being led by Rich is a great way to start the day. It puts your body into a somatic state, which benefits you by being present and aware of your physical body

Simon will be showing you some releases and muscle activations which will support the expansion of your breath.

*this is weather permitting - if it’s raining the session will be cancelled

Landscaping to create interesting spaces
Create a getaway for wellness weekends away, magnesium float tank, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, hot /cold therapy

We are going to take our time with this one but will share our progress along the way
