Kübler-Ross herself emphasised that these aren't steps to complete in order. They're emotional landscapes we may move in and out of, sometimes for years.

Understanding this can bring enormous relief to those who wonder 'why aren't I over this yet?'

Our Understanding Trauma: Awareness & Regulation Skills workshop is a psychoeducational group experience for anyone who wants to understand what trauma does to the body and nervous system, and learn practical coping and regulation strategies for daily life.

This is not a processing group. You won't be asked to share. It's education-first, in a safe and supportive environment.

What's included:
· Education on trauma & the nervous system
· Practical coping & regulation strategies
· Supportive group setting
· All materials provided

When we focus on meaningful actions, care for our wellbeing, and build supportive relationships, happiness often follows as a natural by-product.
