Tibii Disability Support Services is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Perth, WA.

At Tibii, we focus on:
✔ Empowering individuals to live independently
✔ Delivering high-quality, person-centred support
✔ Building meaningful connections within the community

If you’re someone who:

• Has experience in service delivery within the disability sector
• Build meaningful, ongoing relationships with participants (SIL and in-home) and their families
• Coordinate and oversee personalised support arrangements
• Assemble, guide, and support participant support teams
• Manage incidents and follow appropriate escalation and reporting processes
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Manage rostering and scheduling for participants under your workload
• Collaborate with allied health professionals and external stakeholders

Service Delivery Manager / Service Delivery Officer

📍 Brisbane, QLD (Office-Based Role)

This role is for you if:

A simple question that’s rarely asked in Shared SIL:

“Who is this placement actually working for?”

The system?
The provider?
The availability?

Or the people living in it?

Because sometimes everything looks “right”
until you look closer.

Routines are followed.
Support is delivered.
But something still doesn’t feel right.

That’s the gap between functioning and working.

Shared Supported Independent Living isn’t successful because it runs.

It’s successful when people feel stable within it.

At Tibii Disability Support Services, that’s the line we don’t ignore.

Same availability.

But within weeks, things began to break down.
Not because anyone failed.

But because the most important question was never asked:

Will these individuals actually live well together?

Shared Supported Independent Living is not just about filling vacancies.

It’s about creating an environment where people feel safe, respected, understood, and comfortable in their own home.

When compatibility is overlooked, everything else becomes reactive.
