This is the final week of active recovery before Round 2 begins. Use this week well, not to push, but to explore. Notice where you are. Notice what shifted over the last 10 weeks. And come back to us with anything that has changed. 🙌

Congratulations to all our customers and a special recognition for Yolanda who takes home the $100 Magill Estate Kitchen voucher.

Round 1 is done. 10 weeks. And no, it wasn’t a smooth ride. There was illness. Travel. Weeks where sleep stayed stubbornly out of reach. Weeks where the best intentions set in the weekend, quietly unravelled by Tuesday.

And yet, you came back. Every time. This is exactly why we build the program the way we do. Four rounds. A de-load built in. Two weeks of active recovery between each. Progression that’s slow and deliberate.

We’re now in two weeks of active recovery before Round 2 begins on 28 April. Change pace, intensity. Prioritize sleep. Keep eating well. Let the last 10 weeks land.

Round 2 will meet you where you are and take you further.
