Woohoo, another Immersion Therapy publication! 🎉📖

Our community’s experiences are helping build the research around Immersion Therapy

People spoke about feeling included, equal and empowered, connecting with others, and enjoying the freedom to move underwater

Among surveyed clients, more than 8 in 10 reported improvements in confidence and self-esteem, and in health and wellbeing.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared their experiences, and to the research team for bringing their voices into this publication. 🙌

The 23rd of September is a big day at Determined2 🎉
It's D2's official birthday 🎂 11 years today 😍

It is also World Clinical Exercise Physiology Day 🎂😍

And Ben's birthday 🎂 🥳 the first ever person we supported on this day 11 years ago 🙌

There has been so many changes over the past 11 years but one thing that hasn't and that's our commitment and passion for creating and providing genuine person centered, innovative and co designed programs that get people moving 🤸‍♂️

We are proud of our legacy and excited for our future, a small disability led Social Enterprise making massive impact within our community.

Riley, Abby and Millie are all completing placement at Determined2 and we are super proud to support their development as future Allied Health Champions 🏆 🏆🏆

Riley is completing her 3rd year of Clinical Exercise Physiology with honours at Adelaide University

Abby, her 4th and final year of Clinical Exercise Physiology with honours at Adelaide University

And Millie is completing her 3rd year at Flinders University studying a Bachelor of Disability and Developmental Education.
