If you eat pizza you will gain fat… 🫪

Well that’s what the chicken, broccoli and rice and whole foods coaches want you to believe.

But what if I said you could eat pizza and still lose body fat?

It is possible, and more possible than the blues winning 😂

Where most people go wrong is they just eat until they are very full / sick in these occasions.

Whereas if you had a plan and no I do not mean taking your chicken, broccoli and rice meal 🫪

I mean why not set a range that will leave you feeling satisfied and happy, not over full and sick.

This range will look different for each person.

But remember, it’s okay to eat pizza, you just need to be more mindful and have a range you will be happy with.

So who is getting pizza tonight? 🍕

Nail your diet but the scales still went up? 😭

I get it ladies, you followed the plan, did the steps and went to the gym but still didn’t lose weight….

Here is what is really going on;

1. Fluid Retention - majority of short term scale fluctuations is coming from fluid retention.

2. Hormonal changes - some weeks will just be “heavier” weeks even when you nail it. Track your cycle all looks for patterns.

3. More food volume - you just ate more food volume, meaning more food in your gut.

4. Inflammation - if you had a big week of training, extra inflammation is normal, but can make the scales increase.

5. You aren’t in a deficit OR you need to give it more time… Now you can nail your diet, but if you aren’t in a deficit those scales won’t budge!

Or you just have to give it longer, the scales don’t have to drop every week (or day silly).

Make sure you are following .fitness for more no BA fat loss advice.

And remember, if the scales do go up, don’t stop, just keep going! 👊🏽

For most of you, it isn’t you.

It’s the diet you are trying to fit into your lifestyle, that was never going to work.

Both of these ladies lost 8-10kgs eating the foods they love.

But both had different approaches.
Neither better, just the right approach matched to them!

When is this BS going to stop?

Ladies I am sorry, you are still being made to think you need to train 6 or times a week to achieve any form of fat loss…

These coaches with no kids, no family and a life centred around their own obsession with fitness, I mean themselves, make you believe you have to as well….

But here is the facts, fat loss is achieved through a CALORIE DEFICT!!

Which in my opinion is best achieved via our diet, with exercise and training supporting this.

Think I am crazy??

I have trained 100s of ladies lose 6-10kg+ (many 20-30kgs) while only training 2-3 or 3-4 times per week!!!!

The amount is dictated by their life, schedule and what fits their goals, not what is unrealistic set by a muppet coach.

So ladies, commit to what is achievable for you. Start at 1-2 sessions, build to 2-3 and if needed 3-4.

But never 6+, it’s not needed for fat loss.
