When is this BS going to stop?
Ladies I am sorry, you are still being made to think you need to train 6 or times a week to achieve any form of fat loss…
These coaches with no kids, no family and a life centred around their own obsession with fitness, I mean themselves, make you believe you have to as well….
But here is the facts, fat loss is achieved through a CALORIE DEFICT!!
Which in my opinion is best achieved via our diet, with exercise and training supporting this.
Think I am crazy??
I have trained 100s of ladies lose 6-10kg+ (many 20-30kgs) while only training 2-3 or 3-4 times per week!!!!
The amount is dictated by their life, schedule and what fits their goals, not what is unrealistic set by a muppet coach.
So ladies, commit to what is achievable for you. Start at 1-2 sessions, build to 2-3 and if needed 3-4.
But never 6+, it’s not needed for fat loss.
