Before Reiki vs After Reiki 🦉

Before Reiki:
Surviving, not thriving.
Overthinking everything.
Running on caffeine, cortisol… and questionable life choices ☕😵‍💫

After Reiki:
Relaxed. Reset. Radiating “don’t talk to me unless it’s peaceful” energy.
Nervous system? Regulated.
Vibe? Immaculate. ✨

Honestly… it’s giving ✨I have my life together✨
(even if nothing else has changed… except how you feel 😉)
