Health Update & Clinic News 🤍

Thank you all so much for your incredible support, patience and kind messages during what has been a very difficult few weeks.

I’m so grateful for every message, check-in and bit of understanding I’ve received while I’ve been recovering. Thankfully, I’m finally on the mend and feeling ready to slowly get back to doing what I love.

I’m excited to share that Hydra Bliss IV will be reopening the books, and I cannot wait to welcome you all back into the clinic and start seeing my beautiful patients again.

There will also be some exciting clinic updates coming very soon, so keep an eye on our socials.

Thank you again for sticking by me through this unexpected chapter. Your support has meant more than you know, and I’m so incredibly grateful.

🖤💛❤️ Happy NAIDOC Week 2026 ❤️💛🖤

As a proud First Nations woman and the owner of Hydra Bliss IV, NAIDOC Week is a time for me to reflect, celebrate and honour the strength, resilience and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This week is about celebrating the world’s oldest continuing cultures, acknowledging the Elders who came before us, recognising the leaders of today, and inspiring the next generation to dream big. It is also an opportunity for all Australians to learn, listen and walk alongside First Nations peoples with respect and understanding.

This NAIDOC Week, I encourage everyone to take the time to attend local events, learn about the history and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and celebrate the richness that First Nations communities bring to Australia.

From my family and Hydra Bliss IV, thank you for supporting First Nations businesses -not just this week, but all year round.

Today, Nicola from Balanced Vitality and I had the absolute pleasure of meeting so many incredible women and providing treatments at Queensland’s very first Wellness Rave.

A huge thank you to Nicola for making the journey up to join me for this special event. Your support and energy made the day even more memorable.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Sunrise Sisterhood | Moreton Bay , Shazrina Khan | QLD Luxury Stylist | Director | Coordinator , and STATE OF LIVING SOCIETY for inviting us to be part of such an inspiring and empowering event.
