A little bit of black coffee goes a long way! Starting the morning in clinic right, bright and happy! As I think about day today, I am humbled, excited and passionate about the improved quality of life that good nutrition can bring! My message, my passion is supporting people to understand how good nutrition can help them live a long, healthy and happy life! Today I will be supporting people, encouraging people and creating health solutions that work for them- whether it is osteoarthritis, breast cancer, cardiovascular disease or they want to be able to run further. 20years of studying health sciences and nutrition and I’m full of energy and intrigue as I ready my mind and body to be the best version of me, living my purpose and serving in a way that helps others.
