📢 Dr Altus Update

Due to his hand injury, Dr Altus will unfortunately need a little more time away from the clinic to focus on his recovery.

At this stage, he is expected to return to practice on 15th July. While we know many of you are eager to see him back, his health and recovery remain the priority to ensure he can return to providing the highest level of care.

We appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and well wishes during this time. Dr Jacob and Dr Tyler remain available to assist you with your healthcare needs while Dr Altus is away.

We look forward to welcoming him back on 15th July!

We're excited to launch The Alignment Series: A 4-week small-group movement program designed to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and general exercise.

Created with Align Health Co.'s preventative health philosophy in mind, this progressive program focuses on helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body through a combination of Pilates-inspired movement, mobility work, stability training and functional exercises.

Each week focuses on a different area of the body commonly associated with stiffness, weakness, poor posture and movement imbalances, helping you create stronger movement foundations for everyday life.

✔️ Beginner-friendly
✔️ Small group environment
✔️ Suitable for all ages and abilities
✔️ Focused on improving strength, mobility, posture and movement confidence

The Alignment Series may be particularly beneficial for:
• Existing chiropractic clients
• People returning to exercise
• Desk workers experiencing posture-related tension
• Active ageing adults
• Anyone wanting to move and feel better in everyday life

📢 Just a quick update for our patients - Dr Altus is currently away from the clinic and will return on Wednesday 24th June.

Dr Jacob and Dr Tyler are still here to help, and appointments remain available with our other practitioners during this time.

At Align Health Co, it’s not just about the care you receive in the treatment room - it’s about how you feel the moment you walk through our doors.

Lindy, Morag and Maya are the heart of our front desk, bringing warmth, care and genuine connection to every interaction.

Lindy, our practice manager and proud Mackay local has been a part of Align Health Co. since the very beginning, she’s well known for having the ability to make you feel right at home. Morag has a passion for holistic health and helps guide patients along their wellness journey while making sure they are comfortable and supported. Finally, Maya is the newest face to our team and has quickly become a friendly, welcoming presence at the front desk, always ready to help and make your visit a great one.
