I am a passionate believer that everyone can have the opportunity to enjoy better health, wellness, happiness and joy of life if we choose to take the steps necessary to create it for ourselves. I have over 20 years experience as a massage therapist, Reiki practitioner and Aromatherapist, both in my own mobile practice and in clinic at Frenchs Forest and Belrose, NSW and have seen first hand the
difference regular, consistent wellness treatments and practices can have to improve the quality of life for both my clients and myself. I have a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Aromatherapy both from Nature Care College and a Certificate of Reiki at Master level. I am a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and am accredited with all the major Health Insurance providers for Remedial Massage.
My special interests lay in helping people to release the long term tension and resistance to healing that we all experience from time to time. I have found that the combination of Reiki energy balancing, aromatherapy essential oils and massage is a strong and effective way to help people release this resistance/tension, relieve pain and find peace and calm in body, mind and soul. Together with regular home practice using energy medicine techniques, yoga, deep relaxation, meditation and drinking herbal teas, it is within everybody's reach to improve health, wellness and create a life of love, peace, joy and vitality.
My current interest is in further studying Energy Medicine and creating my range of Good Scents Herbal Teas.
