🌟 Mollie – Team Leader 🌟

For Mollie, disability support is about helping people enjoy everyday life on their own terms. She loves getting to know the people she supports, forming meaningful connections and encouraging them to retain their independence while working towards what matters most to them.

Mollie has worked in the disability sector for 18 months and recently celebrated just over one year with Country to Coast Care. During that time, she has stepped into a Team Leader role, where she shares her experience, provides guidance and is a supportive point of contact for her team.

She is also studying a Bachelor of Nursing, building her clinical knowledge alongside the hands-on skills and understanding she continues to develop through her work.

Life is certainly busy for Mollie, who balances work and study with being a mum to two girls. Away from it all, she loves catching up with family and friends, going to the gym and enjoying the sunshine whenever she gets the chance.

Mollie brings kindness, enthusiasm and a down-to-earth approach to CTCC, and we’re very grateful to have her on our team! 💚

🌟 Meet Abby – CTCC Team Leader & Enrolled Nurse 🌟

Abby has been part of the Country to Coast Care team for a year, bringing a wonderful combination of nursing knowledge, disability support experience and genuine care for the people around her.

Alongside providing person-centred support, Abby works as one of our Team Leaders and provides valuable administrative support. Her fantastic IT skills, organisation and time management make her an incredible asset to both our participants and staff.

Abby also plays an important role in developing training and practical education for our support workers, helping them build their knowledge and confidence so they can provide safe, consistent and high-quality support.

As an Enrolled Nurse, Abby will soon undertake further competencies in catheter care, allowing her to provide additional clinical support, including catheter changes and education for participants and support workers.

Abby is passionate about helping people live with greater independence, choice and confidence. She believes great support starts with respect, understanding and taking the time to build genuine relationships with each person.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys camping trips, exploring new places, sharing good food with family and friends, or relaxing at home with a good book.

We are so lucky to have Abby’s warmth, knowledge and dependable nature as part of the CTCC team! 💚
