🌟 Introducing Our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Group Program 🌟

💛 At Logic Lounge, we offer a 10-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group program for young people aged 12–17 years.

This program provides a structured space where participants can learn practical skills that may assist with managing emotions, building resilience, and supporting interpersonal relationships.

Sessions are structured to include 45-60 minutes of skill-building, a short break, and another 45-60 minutes of interactive learning—

✨ Program Highlights
✔️ 10 weeks | 1.5 hours per session
✔️ For adolescents aged 12–17 years
✔️ Fridays, 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
✔️ $3500 investment

The group is facilitated in a supportive and relaxed environment.

✅ Manage emotions
✅ Tolerate distress
✅ Improve relationships
