Meanwhile, I was at the Dowerin practice this morning dropping stock off and what I thought was grass that had blown along the path was a lush green praying mantis, chilling, at the entrance, whom will look after the place in the meantime.🌿

I say this all my male clients, pelvic floor strength is equally important for men as it is for women.

Naturally our pelvic core can weaken the longer we are on earth (gravityyyyy) , such that can exacerbate it are; child birth, machinery operating, prolonged sitting, back injuries.
