We have since expanded to offer a range of modalities and services to best treat your health goals. As well as being used for our Physiotherapy clients’ programs, our fully equipped gym is now open to the general public. In Balance Physiotherapy & Fitness (IBPF) team of practitioners includes a Sports Physiotherapist, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors, Yoga, Meditation & Pilates Instructors, of whom are all fully qualified and registered with their respective peak associations. This ensures you benefit from the best, most up-to-date knowledge and technology for your individual needs.
