Over the past few weeks I've been quietly offering a small number of private 1:1 Sanctuary Sessions.
These gentle sessions combine mindfulness, breathwork, guided relaxation, restorative yin-inspired practices and supportive conversation β creating space for women to slow down, reconnect and simply breathe.
What has touched me most isn't what I've taught.
It's watching women remember that calm already exists within them.
After both of my recent sessions, the women opened their eyes and said almost exactly the same thing:
β¨ "Everyone should be doing this."
Not because life suddenly becomes perfect.
But because sometimes we need permission to pause, put everything down for a little while, and come back to ourselves.
I have space for one more woman in June before my calendar fills.
