One of the most common questions I am asked is, āWhat do you actually do during a session?ā
The answer is simple: I respond to what is presenting within the person in front of me.
I do not work from a predetermined plan, nor do I apply a specific technique based solely on a symptom. The peiec techniques I apply do not work on a symptom-focused approach.
What presents physically is often connected to deeper patterns moving underneath. A sore shoulder, ongoing tension, fatigue, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm may be linked to underlying influences that are not visible on the surface.
My role is to listen to what the body and system are communicating, and work with what is ready to shift during that session. This allows for greater shifts to occur contributing to discomfort, stress, or imbalance, allowing the body to begin settling and releasing, whilst supporting the bodyās natural capacity for restoration and recovery.
Sometimes changes are noticeable immediately. At other times, they unfold gradually as the system integrates what has shifted.
No two sessions are ever the same, because no two people, and no two moments are the same.
Sessions are available in person in Perth, Western Australia, and online worldwide.
Clinic days: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
