I am an accredited Holistic Creative Therapist, Sound healer, and an independent Disability Support Companion, living in Northcliffe, WA. My Holistic offerings include Dance Your Qi, Authentic Movement, Sound Journey groups and individual sound healing, Laughter Yoga, Women's circles, wellness retreats and Creative workshops. I have decided it is time to hit the road, taking my passion with me. If

you are birthing the idea of a retreat and are looking for co-creators, let's have a conversation. As a Support Companion I offer tailor made creative getaways. Whether you love the ocean or the forest, I organise everything. You choose your creative expression and I supply all materials. Your possibilities are endless. I love to share my passion of creativity with my regular clients, again providing all materials you might need to get your creative juices flowing. I have over 25 years in the Disability sector, working in a variety of accommodation settings, workshops and one on one Support roles. Other ways I support my Disability client's is Self-Care, Social and Community Participation, NDIS plan budgeting, and travel. Creativity is the doorway to your inner wisdom and truth. A place for inspiration and the gift of remembering who you are in you essence. Your wellbeing of Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotions is my priority. Your privacy is always guaranteed.

It's come time to let this aspect of my business go. Not an easy decision to make.
I've learnt so much in the years that has led me here. The most important lesson is to follow my instinct.

A huge thank you to everyone who has attended any of my classes, workshops, retreats, womens circles and shared the love. Bringing all of it to mind just now, there's been a lot.

How blessed I've been to make a difference in the world for a little while. We've laughed, cried, been in awe of each other and sat in silence. Witnessing, exploring, learning from each other.

Who knows things might change in the future. Right now all I know is that this cycle has come to a natural end and I accept that with grace.

Wow, it's been a while since I checked in 🦋

I hope you've had a fabulous start to 2026? Are you ready for another wild ride this year? On February 17th we step into the year of the fire horse.

Didn't that sound delicious after that crazy year of the snake....well we're still in that. The shedding isn't done yet.

What is it you finally fully intend to let go of? It must go to allow for the house energy to take you to your next adventure. I invite you to jump into the saddle and go on the ride off your life.

My final letting go is about not trusting my body to do tasks I haven't been able to do for years. I'm reminding my nervous system that my body is safe and together we can build back strength and vitality with less pain.

My word that I will make choices from will be VITALITY 💃 Will what I am a about to do bring me more vitality? If it won't, then it's a big fat no.

My heart shattered again on Monday. My beautiful brother grew his wings. It is such an honour to hold space for those we love as they transition and even more of an honour to anoint them with love and respect in the washing of them. This has become my tradition for my family members. So much nicer than someone who doesn't know them do it.

What a s**t, s**t year this has been.
First my Mother now my beautiful brother both grew their wings. 💔😭
Here's a poem I wrote in honour of Stephan in his final hours while sitting with him.....

STEPHAN
Your light dimmed slowly
You didn't want to leave
We stroked to reassure you
Entangled in the web you tried to weave

The strands wrapped all around us
We could feel them as they pulled
Bit by bit they began to drag
It really seemed like we'd been fooled

You were the chosen one
On this fateful day
There was nothing more to do
Nothing more to say

We held you oh so gently
And knew you couldn't stay
You tried to hold on longer
But fate got in the way

The brightness of your smile
Will always live on
That smile we will see
In your daughter's and your son

They were so blessed to have a dad like you
All of their babies, they were blessed too
Thank you my brother for blessing me as well
Why this had to happen, no one can tell

The gap that you will leave
Will be a crater, I know
We will really never know
Why it was your turn to go

Fly high now big brother, it's time to be free
I know that you are always going to be
Watching over me.
