Mid winter is a perfect time to pay attention to this and take care of you for a change.
Make the most of today’s sunshine and get out for a small walk, or have a bath tonight, or take the time to check in with yourself and ask what you really need.

It’s nearly the end of year! And phew, what a year it’s been. Plenty of ups and downs, a sneaky trip, and as usual, being blessed with such ace clients! I know it’s been a hard year for lots of you too.
My books are nearly full for the rest of the year but if you want to be added to the wait list feel free to shoot me a message.
I’ll be taking a break from Monday 23rd December and returning on Friday 3rd January 2025!
