Through a life crisis, when I thought I was experiencing a death, it turns out I was experiencing a rebirth.

​This rebirth offered an opportunity to transcend the boundaries of my known experience and expand into a space that was new yet familiar. This is why I feel called to work with people who are at a threshold, because I know the journey of emergence and what it is to realign with your true

self.

20 years ago I was handed a flyer for a reiki workshop and it felt like a sign. It was the beginning of such a period of profound change and growth that I'd never known was possible. Digging deeper, it was my immersion into transpersonal art therapy that sparked the re-connection to my soul self. I felt lit from the inside and was guided to share this with others.

There have been a few requests over the past months for more guided meditations so here it is. This is a beautiful and gentle meditation to bring you safely and comfortably into your heart space to heal. It's particularly aimed at grief and loss because we experience both of these in so many ways and for a variety of reasons.

This is a 60 minute session which blends the crystal singing bowl, voice, reiki and Anahata chakra spray. A beautiful affirmation of self love for yourself or to gift to someone you love. 💚🙏🏼
