Keeping Contained Care is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Full-Time Customer Service Team Member to join our rapidly growing, family-run business in Nowra.
What we do:
We are a local supplier and service provider specialising in continence, nutrition and healthcare products. We proudly support individuals, families, NDIS participants, aged care clients and local care providers across the South Coast and beyond.
About the role:
• Assist customers in-store, by phone and via email
• Process in-store orders, payments and customer enquiries
• Perform stocktaking, daily shop tasks and housekeeping duties
• Assist with NDIS, aged care and healthcare enquiries
• Complete general administration and data entry
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Is confident using computers, email and administration systems
• Is self-motivated and confident working primarily independently, while also contributing as part of a team
• Is friendly, organised and dependable
• Has experience in nursing, aged care or the NDIS, or a genuine passion for working in healthcare. Relevant experience or a strong interest in the sector is essential
📍 Location: Shop 8, 111 Junction Street, Nowra (Morrisons Arcade)
💼 Employment: Full-time
💰 Pay: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, plus 12% super and bonuses
