Before you trust lymphatic advice online, check the person's credentials.
Just because you see someone (or a product) everywhere on social media doesn't mean they're qualified in lymphatics, or that the product has been properly researched or tested for safety.
Often, it just means they've spent a lot on ads to be put in front of you, so they can make money.
No judgement, everyone needs to earn a living.
But it's hard not to feel frustrated when another new client arrives after spending $$ on a product or system promising fat loss or a “lymphatic fix”and yet again they found nothing has changed.
Here's the truth:
* No single product will change your lymphatic system.
* No single treatment will either.
* No single way of eating.
* No one thing is the answer.
The only way to get a plan tailored to you is to work with a lymph‑trained professional.
An online course you complete in your own time can give you an overview, but it won't cover all the nuance needed to treat lymphatic disorders safely and effectively.
Before you book, ask:
* Have they completed an ‑approved lymphatic course?
* Are they fully insured in this field?
* Are they working within their scope of practice? (eg, as a Remedial Massage Therapist, I cannot diagnose, that's outside my scope.)
Save your money. Find a qualified therapist. Then commit to trying what they suggest.
