Cacao, and why I eat it daily. Yes, daily! The benefits are too spectacular not to.
Potassium, magnesium, iron, antioxidants and more.

Cacao boosts the bioavailable nitric oxide we consume from food due to Cacao benefits to widen the blood vessels delivering more nutrients and oxygen to muscles, organs and brain. This greatly helps circulation and better blood flow from from heart and in conjunction then with better healing and recovery. The polyphenols also a power antioxidant that helps with oxidative stress to combat inflammation, anxiety and depression.

Just be with all the emotions. Flow with the joys and the sorrows. God didn't promise us a life without trials and sorrow, but he did promise us his everlasting peace and mercy. 🐢🌊

A piece I have been doing for months finished today as I've been painting am and probably to pm, to trancend how I feel. To deal with feelings of weariness and weakness. To rest in the Lord.

Good morning beautiful friends ❤️

I want to let you know I don't just do healthy food and recipe sharing. I also do other things to try to serve humanity through God.

Here is my set of solfeggio tuning forks. Just vibrational and sound frequency waves. They actually work on a bone and celluar level physically to reduce pain, tight muscles and help the body feel safe helping active the parasympathetic nervous system. Most pain and diseases start at a core level of being stuck in stress responses which suppresses the entire celluar and metabolic processes.

Get a massage or body treatment and then feel constantly could have 2x a week for any relief? - could be this exact reason why. Stressed body, muscles and fascia jam up.

Stressed states equal lowered oxygen in cell respiration process and leads cells to ferment causing lactic acid build up and pain and muscle and joint discomfort.

These tuning forks work on a different kind of approach.

❤️Good morning, beautiful friends ❤️

From my post on Facebook on my personal page yesterday on processed chocolate 🍫, here is my recipe that I actually have in my published glutenfree and refined sugarfree dessert recipe book. You don't need to give up delicious desserts and chocolate. Just eat real food the body can recognise

I use real cacao from the actual chocolate bean.

Make REAL Chocolate 🍫

Here is what you need:
1/2 cup melted cacao butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao powder
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch sea salt

Melt cacao butter chunks very low heat. Then measure out half cup. Add coconut oil. Stir. Add cacao powder and stir gently until very silky. Important to be silky. Add maple syrup and stir gently, then add vanilla and salt

Pour into moulds and set.

If you require sweeter as another half tablespoon maple. I like to dollop peanut butter or nut butter into moulds to for peanut butter cups or add orange oil to make chocolate orange or mint.

Note; yes they are dark chocolate. Real chocolate 🍫 is dark. That is what chocolate really is. Not these milky bars people eat. That's not chocolate at all.

I like to use cacao products from powersuperfoods brand which you can get from healthyfood stores or online. Changing Habits also have wonderful products.

Alot are lies. Lies keep us sick. Lies numb us to the truth.

✨️✨️Sharing a RECIPE for you all✨️✨️

My homemade PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CUPS. 🥜🍫

What you need:👇

1 cup melted cacao butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup cacao powder
6 Tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch sea salt
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Smoothie or crunchy natural peanut butter

Method: 👇
Once melted cacao butter, measure out 1 cup. Add coconut oil. Combine well.
Whisk in cacao powder until very smooth. This step important to make smooth. Slowly stir in maple syrup. Add sea salt and vanilla.

Using patty pans, small, pour some chocolate about 3/4 way up pan. Dollop peanut butter in centre. Top with more chocolate. Repeat. Chill for several hour.

Enjoy.
