Eat for performance and aesthetics will come.
We live in a world where there is a lot of noise and content on what foods to eat. It can be overwhelming and end up making things a lot harder than what it’s suppose to be.
Keep it simple. Follow these simple tips:
1. Find foods that you enjoy
2. Structure your meals with protein, carbs, fats & fibre
3. Focus on protein for muscle gain & feeling satiated
4. Focus on carbs for fuel & recovery
5. Focus on fats for hormone regulation
6. Focus on fibre for digestion
These meals are what work for me and my goals. Take the structure and implement into your own routine.
