Important Notice – Assignment of Benefit Consent

Effective 1 July 2026, all patients are required to provide Assignment of Benefit consent for their doctor’s billing.

Consent will be sent to you via SMS (text message) or email through HotDoc. Please complete this as soon as possible when you receive it.

Failure to provide your consent may result in a private consultation fee being charged.

If you have any questions or need assistance completing the consent, please speak with our reception team.

Cervical screening is a simple way to do just that. The test checks for HPV (human papillomavirus), a common virus that is linked to most cervical cancers.

The good news? Cervical cancer is preventable, and one test every 5 years is a simple way to look after yourself so you can stay healthy for the people who matter most.

You’ve got choices – you can:
💜 Collect your own sample
💜 Have a doctor or nurse collect the sample

You can even tick it off during your 715 Health Check.

Feel nervous? That’s totally normal and you’re not alone.

Have a yarn with your local Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS) or Doctor. They are there to listen to you, help you feel safe, respected, and comfortable every step of the way.
