Today’s Muse…

‘Not knowing is the most intimate form of knowledge’

We live in a world that teaches us to seek certainty, answers, control and constant mental noise. Yet some of the most profound moments in life arrive when we soften our grip on needing to know.

Science is now revealing what many ancient traditions have always understood.

When we move out of over-analysis and certainty seeking, the brain begins to shift from the hyper-vigilant, problem-solving patterns often associated with left hemisphere dominance, into the more expansive qualities of the right hemisphere of intuition, imagination, creativity, empathy, symbolism and wonder.

The right hemisphere doesn’t need life to be fully explained to experience meaning.

It feels.
It senses.
It observes.
It connects.

In states of awe, meditation, stillness and curiosity, the nervous system can soften from survival mode. The brain becomes more receptive, more integrated, and the heart and mind begin communicating in greater coherence.

Spiritually ‘not knowing’ is not emptiness.
🌻🌻🌻It is openness🌻🌻🌻

It is the sacred pause where intuition can finally speak louder than fear.
Where wonder returns.
Where life is no longer something to conquer, but something to commune with.

The mystery is not asking us to have all the answers.
It is asking us to trust the unfolding.

Perhaps wisdom is not found in certainty…
but in the courage to remain open to the unknown.

There’s a moment…
where pushing just stops working.

Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you’ve given up.

But because something deeper in you knows this isn’t the way.

I used to think if I just tried harder…
controlled more…
figured it out…

everything would fall into place.

But the harder I pushed,
the more life pushed back.

Until one day, I didn’t have the energy to fight it anymore.

And in that space…
something unexpected happened.

Nothing.

No forcing.
No fixing.
No chasing.

Just stillness.

And in that stillness…
life started to move.

Not because I made it.
But because I finally got out of the way.

And in this moment the vibration changes, more like flows, responding to you…

Good Friday invites us into a quiet pause…

Not to do more…
but to soften… to feel… to release.

A moment to let go of what we’ve been holding…
the weight, the stories, the need to control…
and gently return to the wisdom of the heart.

There is something sacred in surrender…
in trusting that even in the stillness, something is shifting… realigning… transforming.

Today, I’m choosing to soften into stillness…
to release what no longer feels true…
and to trust the unfolding.

If you feel it too, take a breath…
place your hand on your heart…
and simply ask…

What am I ready to let go of?

Softening into stillness for graceful evolutions ✨
