My name is Natalie and this is my business She Breathes. I love creating spaces for people to sparkle! This new experience is taking me on a wonderful journey. My newest adventure has gifted me with being able to create beautiful experiences for women through breath. I have become a Breathwork Facilitator (Pause Breathwork Certified). Taking women on a journey back to themselves. When I was at the

beginning of my mothering journey, I noticed how easily I would put myself last and soon forgot to put myself on the list at all. Breathwork gives you the space to spend time with yourself. It allows you the chance to check in and reflect on how your week is going and what needs to happen for you to be a part of it. Doing more of the things you love, so that you can feel energised and truly alive each and every day. xx
