Understanding that every person’s injury is as individual as they are goes along way to have them back to doing what they love as soon as possible.

I use AI every week. It helps with my emails, my marketing, my scheduling.
It’s incredible.
But it doesn’t get to be in the room when someone realises their body has finally let go.
It doesn’t get to see the golfer walk back onto the course. The mum lift her kid without flinching. The netballer plant that foot with confidence again.
That’s the part of my job no algorithm will ever touch.
Bowen isn’t about being smarter than a machine. It’s about being more human than one.
If you’re missing something you love because your body won’t cooperate, you don’t need more tech.
You need someone who knows how to wait for your body to feel safe again.

What’s the thing YOU want back?

Sports recovery and injuries
Stress anxiety and overwhelm
Maintenance of ongoing issues, 4, 6 or 12 weekly and
Clients with new acute pain - lower back, shoulders and necks

Bowen is so useful and adaptable.
Fortunately this space is warm and toasty

Is it possible to have a treatment that is both relaxing and helps the body deal with areas of pain, things going on, issues?

Well, yes. Bowen treatments do just that.

They help you relax and get to a point where the body’s ready to start to let go of tension.

It allows the body to feel safe and ready to be in a more healing state.

At that time, if we’re applying too much pressure, the body will just tense back up again.

So by its nature,
Bowen treatments,
in the gentle approach,
the softer movements,
are about helping the body calm down
and be
ready for change

Pain that’s more than just your accidental stub you toe sort of pain, rather the why do you keep coming back sort not you again pain is what Bowen treatments are especially good for.

To put what I do as simply as possible.
I help people who are frustrated that they are still in pain be able to do things again.
Run, surf , play with grandkids or walk the dog with ease.
What would you like to be doing with less pain?

Recognise anybody? 😉😁

Bowen Therapy isn’t done to the body — it’s done 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 it.

Through grounded presence, attentive hands, and a heart that trusts the body knows the way.

About to start your preseason and don’t feel you’ve got your usual bounce or maybe you don’t feel that you’ve fully recovered from last season.
This is where Bowen treatments are great. Where we can focus on the trouble areas and give your body the rebalancing it needs to get you as ready as you can be for the upcoming preseason and hopefully injury free season ahead.
Early morning and evening appointments available via the booking button on my website.
Let’s have a great 2026
