One year since our daughter came into our arms. 💕
This foto was taken the morning after our daughters birth. Nothing quite compares the utter bliss and magnificent high of falling in love with your baby those first days post birth. The first 24 hours, my partner and I were still deep in the veils of outer worldly magic, hearts aching with the magnitude of this little being making space in our psyche, in our spirits, a deliciously painful heartbreaking as all of a sudden there is so much love to fit in. It doesn’t all fit and we cry and speak incoherently for days while our brains undergo the deepest most profound rewiring of all time- I am a parent now, this human came from us and is now an extension of our being.
Thank you Prudencio Joao Muchanga my man and companion. Your love, strength, resilience, unwavering dedication, patience and safe holding of us is the best gift. You are a wonderful father and I am so deeply proud of you ✨🙏🤍
