5 signs you’ve outgrown your gym setup. 👇

Most trainers think they’ve hit their ceiling. The truth? It’s not you. It’s the four walls you’re working inside. 💯

Be honest, how many of these hit home:

1️⃣ You’re capped on hours. Once your diary’s full, you’re stuck trading time for money with no way up.

2️⃣ No real support. No mentor, no one who’s actually built a six-figure business in your corner. Every mistake costs YOU.

3️⃣ No leads handed to you. The gym takes its cut but sends nothing your way. A slow month is all on you.

4️⃣ Paying rent for zero value. You hand over money every month and get… a room. No systems, no growth, no marketing, no support.

5️⃣ No path to grow. The role you’ve got today is the same one you’ll have in 5 years. 😬

If you nodded at even two of these, you haven’t hit your limit. Your environment has.

That’s exactly what we’ve fixed at Anytime Fitness. Consistent lead flow, proper mentorship, structured progression and an actual path to grow your income without carrying the whole thing alone.

Comment “SUPPORT” and let’s talk about what your business could look like with the right setup behind it. 💬

📌 Save this and send it to a trainer who needs to hear it.

You probably think being “cheap” will help you get clients but it actually does the opposite.

Cheap portrays “quality”. The cheap trainer is often the one with the least clients. Not because they’re bad or new. But because people want the best, and the best charge the most. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

Respectfully, this is dangerous advice. 💯

A qualification isn’t about being elite, it’s the entry level: it teaches you what you don’t know, and it’s the only way to get insured.

‘Willingness to help’ doesn’t cover you when a client gets hurt.

Get qualified, get insured, then spend your career getting great.

Do all three, not none. Agree, or am I off? 👇

I started my personal training career in 2011. Here’s some things I’d love to tell young Nathan starting out. 👇🏼

1️⃣ You won’t get any help initially. But you eventually find a great mentor - Speed that process up and find one straight away.

2️⃣ Put some money into your education ASAP. You probably end up a couple of years behind initially because you leave it too long. You had money saved for a reason!

3️⃣ Speaking of education, you did a course called Metabolic Jumpstart by that sunrise fraud that is the worst course ever created. Skip that s**t!

4️⃣ Get rejected on purpose. You were initially terrified of it. So much so that you left so much money on the table by avoiding it. Rejection therapy is real. Welcome and accept it!

5️⃣ Pay yourself Superannuation from day 1. You’ll regret that later and end up years behind.

6️⃣ When you eventually move into management, don’t stop training clients, whether it be F2F or online. Keep your business active and your finger on the pulse. You get rusty and regret it.

7️⃣ This thing called C hits and shuts down gyms for months. You end up losing your love for training for a few years. Don’t let that happen! You’re still paying for that now. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

Any of these resonate with you? What is one thing you’d love to go back in time and tell your young self? Let me know below. 👇🏼

Objections are normal. Expect them, prepare for them and you’re one step ahead. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

Got to run our first PT meeting face to face in over 15 months on Friday and it reminded me how much I missed the group interaction and atmosphere. 💜

There’s nothing quite like spending time with like minded people wanting to improve. 💯
