Life Quality Supports (LQS) is looking for reliable, caring Casual Support Workers to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across the Orange NSW area.

About the Role
- Casual hours, flexible shifts to suit your availability
- Work 1:1 with participants providing personal care, community access, and daily living support.
-Be part of a small, supportive team that genuinely values quality care, staff’s wellbeing and work life balance.
-Pay above the SCHADS Award, based on your qualifications and experience

What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
Reliability — we need people who show up and follow through.
Own vehicle, current driver’s licence, and comprehensive motor vehicle insurance
Current:
First Aid & CPR certificate
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Previous study or support work experience is a bonus but not essential — the right attitude matters most!

We love supporting our participants to get out and about, experience new places and enjoy the things that bring them happiness. 💛

A huge thank you to our amazing participants for your patience and to our incredible staff for keeping everything on track while I took a much-needed break with my family. We truly enjoyed some quality time together and were able to disconnect and recharge.

I’m back and excited to jump back into action!

I am slowly working through any emails, messages and call backs for anyone who has been in contact in this time.
