Feeling the bunny weighing in on your hips and hopping all over you this Easter?

Consider a few distractions, try eating chocolate dipped strawberries or oranges with bittersweet dark chocolate...
Why not try chocolate coated licorice? Even some nut filled nougat or Turkish delight rosewater or lemon preferred.. you dont have to miss out completely!
A little chocolate can be great for your dopamine, mood and sense of wellbeing! Watch out for the cheaper chocolates, they have been known to use palm oil with larger sized choccy bunnies or eggs rather than the traditional cocoa butter, often smaller and more expensive chocolate!!

What is a traditional Easter cake?
The traditional Easter cake is the Simnel cake, a light fruitcake distinguished by layers of marzipan (almond paste) in the middle and on top. It is decorated with 11 or 12 marzipan balls representing the apostles. The cake is often toasted under a grill before serving and is popular in the UK and Ireland.

Coeliac disease
• 1 in 70 people have coeliac disease – a condition in which the body has an abnormal reaction to gluten. It is a life-long condition and the only treatment is a strict gluten free diet.
• Gluten is a naturally occurring protein found in wheat, rye, barley and oats. It is widespread throughout the food supply.
• Unless you have a medical need to do so, there is no benefit to avoiding gluten
