Well… it’s official. 💚

AccessLife Support Services is now a Registered NDIS Provider.

This has been a huge piece of work behind the scenes - strengthening our systems, governance, training, safeguarding and the way we do things across AccessLife.

We’ve been audited, reviewed, questioned, checked and checked again… and we made it. 🙌

I’m incredibly proud of our team and what we’ve built together.

But probably the most important bit?

Nothing about who we are is changing.

Same local team. Same values. Same focus on genuine relationships, good support and helping people live life on their terms.

Registration just means we can now open our doors to more people who want to do life with us.

A pretty bloody exciting next chapter. 💚

🏆🏆 What a night.

We walked into the 2026 Business Orange Awards incredibly proud just to be finalists alongside so many brilliant local businesses.

To then walk away with two awards is pretty bloody special.

There are some seriously incredible people building businesses, creating jobs and doing great things in our community. How lucky are we to live and work in a region where we get to be in a room surrounded by so many of them.

Everyone, meet Sheree 👋💚

Sheree has joined the AccessLife team as our General Manager - and we’re very bloody excited to have her!

She brings extensive experience in disability services, operational management and leadership, and will be working alongside our team to keep things running smoothly, support our people and help AccessLife continue to grow without losing what makes us, us.

But enough of the serious stuff. The important things you really need to know:

WE MADE ALL SIX. 😭🏆

Okay, this is a pretty bloody special one.

We entered six categories in the 2026 Business Orange Awards… and AccessLife has been named a finalist in every single one of them.

I am so incredibly proud of this team and everything we’ve built together.

These applications covered every part of AccessLife - our people, our culture, our services, our leadership, the way we do business and the impact we’re having in our community. To have all six recognised feels huge.

But more than anything, this belongs to the people behind AccessLife.

The team who show up every day. Who care deeply. Who back each other. Who challenge us to be better. Who make people laugh, solve problems, celebrate the wins and give an enormous amount of themselves to the people we support.

Fresh hoodies have landed… and we’re not going to lie, we’re a little obsessed! 💚💛

We’re so proud to be sponsoring CYMS Junior Rugby League and seeing the AccessLife logo out in the community, keeping players and their families warm on these freezing Central West mornings.

Today also marks the final game of the season for the minis, and what a season it’s been! 🏉

A huge congratulations to every player, coach, volunteer and family who has made this year so special.

And of course, we have to give a special shout-out to our own Director, Marea, who has coached a very energetic Under 6s team for the second year in a row. It takes a special kind of person to wrangle a bunch of excited six-year-olds every Saturday morning, and she’s loved every minute of it!

Congratulations, CYMS Juniors, on a fantastic season. We can’t wait to see everyone rocking these hoodies all winter and doing it all again next year! 💚💛
