Wishing all my lovely clients a safe and happy Christmas and a wonderful new year. I would also like to thank each and everyone of you for your support over what feels like my toughest year yet. Thank you for your understanding when I changed appointments and you kindness and thoughtful words when I had to finish up early.

Due to unforeseen family circumstances I will be finishing up work earlier than expected. This coming week will be my last in the clinic until I return mid next year. I just wanted to thank all my lovely clients for being patient with me during my pregnancy and for continuing to invest in your health through acupuncture. Please continue to take care of yourselves while I’m off in the land of motherhood. These beautiful peony roses picked from my garden were sitting pride of place in my clinic this week. Loved all the more because the root of the white peony is a very commonly used Chinese herb. Bai Shao is a cool and slightly sour herb used to nourish the blood and disperse liver qi. A favourite herb of mine that I use frequently especially for women’s health.

And that’s a wrap. I will be out of Clinic until the 6th of January so would like to wish you and your families a safe and joyful festive season. Thank you for your support and kindness this year. Thank you for sending your family and friends to see me and for all your lovely referrals. I hope we can all farewell 2017 with grace and growth and welcome 2018 with open arms and hearts. May the year ahead be filled with hope, health and happiness.
Also remembering that this time of year be quite a struggle for many. Those couples who have suffered loss or yet to hold new babies in their arms, those who battle with mental illness, for the lonely and those who are the careers and supporters please remember these numbers and support services.
