📣 WE'RE HIRING | CASE MANAGER – REGIONAL NSW

We're looking for an experienced allied health professional to join our team as a Case Manager, supporting people with catastrophic and complex injuries across regional NSW.

This could be a great fit if you're an experienced clinician who loves working with people, solving complex problems and having the autonomy to do genuinely meaningful work — with a great team behind you.

And you don't necessarily have to leave your clinical skills behind. There is also opportunity to continue using your professional allied health skills alongside your Case Management work, depending on your background.

📍 Based in Orange or potentially from your own central west NSW location
💼 Flexible work arrangements - truly flexible - we expect you to get to your kids assemblies...
🌱 Experienced, supportive regional team - over 100 years of combined experience.
🚗 Interesting work across regional communities

We know the right fit matters — for you and for us. So we've included plenty of detail about the role, what we're looking for and how to apply in the full job ad.

When your inbox overflows in the best possible way! 🐾📥

Meet "Margie", our friendly neighbourhood office cat!

Margie likes to pop in for a visit whenever one of our resident crazy cat ladies decides she should be allowed inside.

And, in true cat style, once she’s in, Margie completely ignores the people who desperately want her attention and heads straight for the office of the “I am NOT a cat person.” 😂

Here she is, making herself very comfortable in the inbox… apparently awaiting further instructions.

Because sometimes even the hardest-working team needs a little furry distraction! 🐈

🎉 27 years of Bec & Simone! 🎉

This month we’re celebrating two pretty special work anniversaries at Integrity Therapy Services.

❣ Bec – 14 years
Our Practice Coordinator / Admin Manager, keeper of all the things, wrangler of therapists, fixer of problems and the person who somehow manages to keep everything (and everyone!) moving in the right direction.

❣ Simone – 13 years
Our Therapy Services Leader, Case Manager and OT, who brings an incredible amount of experience, thoughtfulness and dedication to her work, our clients and our team.

Between them, that’s 27 years at ITS — which is actually a little bit mind-blowing!

But more importantly, Bec and Simone are just bloody wonderful humans. They are exceptionally good at what they do, they care deeply about the people around them, and they have each played a huge part in making ITS what it is today.

There have been a LOT of changes, challenges, laughs, team days, big ideas and probably a few questionable decisions over those 27 combined years… and I feel incredibly lucky that these two have been there for so much of it.

Happy work anniversary Bec & Simone. ❤️

We absolutely wouldn’t be ITS without you two. xx

Sharing this for our friends working in paediatric OT and allied health, and for the children and families they support…

The proposed changes to the way children access the NDIS and the Thriving Kids program are deeply concerning. They have the potential to significantly impact children, their families, and the providers who support them every day.

These changes are especially worrying for those of us in regional communities, where access to experienced, high-quality services is already limited.

If you believe children should be able to access the support they need, when they need it, from trusted local providers, please consider signing and sharing this petition.

Together, we can help ensure all children and families aren’t left behind.

🎉 Integrity Therapy Services is 16! 🎉

Sixteen years ago, Integrity Therapy Services started with a laptop, a desk and a big belief that people in regional communities deserved access to high-quality occupational therapy and case management.

What a journey it has been and never did I think it would be such a long standing adventure!

This past year has been one of the biggest in our history. We made some difficult decisions, stepped away from work that no longer aligned with the future of our business and committment to quality, and chose to focus wholeheartedly on where we know we make the greatest difference.

It wasn't easy, but it was absolutely the right decision.

Today, we're doing the work we love most—supporting people with catastrophic injuries and complex needs across regional NSW through expert Occupational Therapy and Case Management. We're working alongside incredible participants, families, hospitals, insurers and support teams to help people build meaningful lives in their own communities.

The change has given us clarity. It has strengthened our team, sharpened our purpose and allowed us to invest even more into the quality of the service we provide and the team.

Most importantly, it has reminded me why I started Integrity Therapy in the first place.

To everyone who has been part of our story over the past 16 years—our participants and families, our referrers, our colleagues, and every member of the Integrity Therapy team, past and present—thank you. Your trust and support have shaped who we are today.

Here's to continuing to evolve with purpose, staying true to our values of Integrity, Quality, Respect, Adaptability and Dedication, and making a real difference for the people and communities we are privileged to work alongside.

Happy 16th Birthday, Integrity Therapy Services! Here's to the next 16! 🍾🥂

International Women’s Day – Team Wrap Up 💜

This week we’ve been celebrating the incredible women who make up the team at Integrity Therapy Services.

Bec Owen, Simone Thompson, Kirsty, Bec Pearson and Lisa Maxey — an exceptionally skilled group of professionals bringing experience, insight and dedication to the work we do every day.

Together, this team supports people with complex needs across regional communities with expertise, problem solving and a genuine commitment to helping our clients live their best lives.

I’m incredibly proud to lead a team of women who bring such professionalism, knowledge and heart to their work — and who support each other along the way.

Regional communities deserve access to high quality allied health services, and this team delivers exactly that.

Empowered women empower women 💜
