Lotty has shown so much improvement and confidence within her teams. Very happy to learn, takes feedback well and happy to change and work with admin and her client to make herself a better support worker. ❤️

Lotty consistently demonstrates kindness, respect, and genuine support towards her clients. She approaches every task with a positive attitude and is always willing to give anything and everything a go.
