This can create fear and anxiety and send the body into fight or flight. The practice of yoga regulates the nervous system and helps us remain steady and calm, despite the turbulence. Winter Solstice is a time for deep rest, inner contemplation and setting intentions for the next cycle of life.

At this event we will come together on international Yoga Day, to celebrate the quiet journey within,
Starting with a gentle yin yoga class,
Followed by a meditative harmonic sound healing session.

A fully catered vegetarian lunch is included 🌽
There will be space for personal reflection and sharing.

This is the perfect time to pause, reconnect and and honour the deepening cycle of winter together in community.
