Steal my strategy for curing your symptoms and gaining food freedom!

Living with IBS doesn’t have to mean permanently avoiding all your favourite foods or social functions to manage your symptoms. With the approach that I use, my clients have symptom resolution within 2-4 weeks and can start enjoying their life again.

Say goodbye to boring restrictive diets and hello to food freedom at meals.

I used to avoid so many foods like onion, garlic, cauliflower, legumes, brussel sprouts. These were the worst for me and left me in gut wrenching pain and looking like I was six months pregnant for days!!

Now I can eat all of these without even thinking twice about the impact on my stomach!

Here’s how I did it and my method that I share with my clients!

Step 1: Getting the basics: Foundations of eating and sorting out your bowel frequency

Step 2: Identifying triggers - A 2-6 week elimination diet to alleviate symptoms

Step 3: Liberalising your diet, reintroducing foods and unlocking food freedom!

By the end of these three steps, you’ll have regained control over your body, confidently navigating your food choices without the constant worry of IBS symptoms. You’ll be able to enjoy a diverse, satisfying diet without the frequent bathrooms visits on the daily!

It’s certainly not to late to get your IBS sorted before you’re upcoming summer holiday, but don’t leave it any longer…

I love travelling but always felt burdened by my pain and bloating, and it would always start before I even got off the plane.. I would feel my stomach blowing up hour by hour, and then the cramping would begin.

I feel like a different woman being able to travel around the country and the world, being comfortable to eat whatever is on the menu, not having to worry about where all the public toilets are.

If you’re ready for this to be your new life too, you’ve got to start getting on top of it like. now! so you can alleviate symptoms and identify your triggers before you leave.

I offer 1:1 IBS consults and regular follow up in between consults for my clients to ensure they get symptom relief as soon as possible and set them up for success for their upcoming travels.

If you’re ready to start your holiday plan DM ‘travel’ and follow for more.

Sick of constant bloating?

That feeling of a tight, heavy and stretched belly, where even sitting down can feel uncomfortable.

That constant pressure like you’re bursting full even though you’ve limited yourself to rations and have hardly eaten?

Feeling like your body is constantly working against you, no matter what you do… Left feeling self-conscious and drained … all the time.

Here are a few simple steps that can make a big difference to beat that bloat:

1️⃣ Stop Skipping Meals: Your gut loves consistency! Skipping meals can actually cause more bloating and digestive discomfort. Stick to regular, balanced meals to keep things steady.

2️⃣ Ditch Unnecessary Supplements: Taking too many supplements can sometimes upset your gut. Many ‘gut health’ supplements actually contain high FODMAP ingredients that actually make your bloating worse.

3️⃣ Track Your Symptoms & Food: Keeping a food and symptom diary can help you spot patterns and figure out what’s triggering your bloating. It’s one of the easiest ways to get a clearer picture of your digestion and gives a chance for a fodmap trained professional to run a clear eye over your patterns.

4️⃣ See a FODMAP trained dietitian: If you’ve attempted a low FODMAP diet on your own you’ve probably given up or struggled to move forward with your progress and identifying your triggers.

I regularly have clients who have made their way through elimination alone but have no idea how to start putting things back in! With my clients I create personalised plans to not only get through the elimination with less stress and worry but to transition through the challenges with ease.

Where did you get stuck with these steps above?

DM me so we can figure out the next step for you!

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️

I’m Claudia, I am a 10 year sufferer of IBS & Endometriosis and have been a dietitian for 6 + years.

It took me about 4 years to navigate my way through to receive a diagnosis and treatment for my IBS and longer for Endo.

I suffered with gut pain, bloating, diarrhoea and reflux on the daily for about 4 years before I found the solution to my symptoms.

At the time I was still at Uni and had very limited knowledge of IBS management (as it’s actually not something we learn much about in our degree). My doctor recommended I see a dietitian to trial a low fodmap diet.

I was really nervous about following a low FODMAP diet, and unfortunately the dietitian I saw did not help much.

I had very brief short appointments with them and I left feeling more confused, I felt overwhelmed and stressed about planning my day and going out for dinner, which on reflection only made my symptoms worse.

Once I floundered my way through I peaked an interest in IBS as a specialty for my career. I learned so much more about the function of the gut and underwent additional training in IBS and the low FODMAP diet (much that I wish I had learned before).

I now live 90% of the time symptom free and am able to go about my day without my gut dictating my decisions..

I have helped over 150 people with their IBS. and I have made it a mission to ensure my clients have a much more positive and simpler experience than I did. I’ve put in the hard yards to develop the knowledge and resources to hold your hand the way through, so you don’t have to.

If you feel like you’re floundering your way through the low FODMAP diet, or don’t even know where to start drop a comment below about what you find the most challenging.

Make sure to follow for help.
