Today is for the mothers, carers, grandmothers and mother figures in our community 💛

The ones who:
✨ Pack the lunches
✨ Answer the endless questions
✨ Sit beside homework
✨ Navigate big emotions
✨ And show up, day after day — even when they’re tired

So much of what you do may not look like “education” on the surface…
but you are shaping something far greater.

You are building:
🌱 Confidence
🌱 Curiosity
🌱 Emotional security
🌱 A love of learning

You are your child’s first teacher, safe place and steady guide.

Not every moment is calm.
Not every day feels meaningful.

But in between the lunches, the routines, the tired evenings…

It’s amazing how natural learning opportunities can pop up (in a double sense here!). While putting our fruit & veg away we came across an organic little friend. This opened up conversation about what does it need to eat 🌽, it’s life cycle as to whether it become a butterfly 🦋 and why this corn has a caterpillar but others didn’t plus the other veggies didn’t…

As so now a child led experiment has started to see whether our corn caterpillar will eat other vegetables in the new home created by a young wonder.

Hands on, life relevant learning is so beautiful and effective in growing an understanding of the world 🥰
