I wanted to share this GoFundMe with you all because this one is very close to home, and even closer to one of our own team members, Kayla Drummond.

Normally when we see GoFundMe pages, we don’t personally know the people or families behind them. But in this case, I know this beautiful little girl and her family personally. She is Kayla Drummond’s niece — her brother’s little girl — and she has recently been diagnosed with cancer.

I’m asking our KCS team to please get behind this family in any way you can. If you’re in a position to donate, even a small amount would mean so much. But if you’re unable to donate, simply sharing the GoFundMe on your Facebook or social media can make a huge difference by helping it reach more people.

Kreative Care Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to join our team! 💜

We’re seeking someone with flexible availability, including:
✨ Day shifts
✨ Weekend shifts
✨ After school hours (essential)

With a variety of clients across all ages and abilities, no two days are the same!

👩‍⚕️ Your Role:
✔️ Provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs
✔️ Assist with personal care (where required)
✔️ Support clients with daily living tasks (cleaning, laundry, organising)
✔️ Meal preparation and light cooking with clients
✔️ Assist with medication prompts (as per care plans)
✔️ Support clients to attend appointments and community activities
✔️ Encourage independence, confidence & life skills development
✔️ Build social skills and support community participation
✔️ Follow behaviour support plans and report any concerns
✔️ Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
✔️ Work collaboratively with the team using a shared calendar system
✔️ Support clients to achieve their individual NDIS goals

🌈 About You:
✔️ Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent)
✔️ Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
✔️ Confident working independently and in a team
✔️ Friendly, organised & passionate about person-centred care
