I attended a comprehensive two-day workshop, Treating Trapped Nerves, under the guidance of Aubrey Gowing, Director of Holistic College Dublin. As a seasoned international presenter, educator, clinician, and author with 36 years of clinical experience and over 31 years of teaching, Aubrey brought immense expertise to the session. The workshop's interactive format allowed us to hone our assessment skills, broaden our treatment options, and improve patient care.

Aubrey Gowing, an acclaimed author and international presenter, along with his team members Ally and Sarah, led an intensive two-day seminar centered on treating trapped nerves and associated musculoskeletal conditions. The seminar provided in-depth training on practical techniques to alleviate nerve tethering, reduce muscle guarding, relieve pain, and restore function using neural tensioning, flossing, joint mobilization, and myofascial methods. Key focus areas included assessment and release techniques for the cervical spine, treatment of the shoulder and arm using nerve flossing, strategies for pelvic correction, and approaches for the lower limb and foot.
