There’s something about regulation that’s become really obvious to me over time.
It’s not something you arrive at and keep.
It’s something you learn
in the in-between moments,
while you’re stretched,
while you’re tired,
while someone else needs you constantly.
Motherhood has been the place this work has deepened the most for me.
Not in sessions, but in everyday life.
Not in a polished way,
but in the real, lived moments of being stretched and finding my way back to myself there, again and again.
That’s where this work has rooted more deeply for me.
And it’s what I’m slowly bringing back into how I offer this work now 🌿

Supporting the body to come back to safety, in its own time.
