PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY. We often first identify an issue by whats happening in our physical body, presenting as back pain, shoulder pain, the flu or a more serious illness. Our emotions and how we feel are often overlooked and put aside. Our Thoughts and Emotions play a very important role in our overall wellbeing and when under stress create physical illnesses. Kinesiology activates your body’s own healing processes creating balance and harmony within and without.

Healthy relationships rely on clear emotional and personal boundaries.

When boundaries are unclear, anxiety, conflict, and emotional exhaustion often follow. These patterns are commonly shaped by childhood experiences with your primary caregiver that created learned coping responses.

I offer kinesiology sessions specialising in anxiety, depression, and trauma, supporting nervous system regulation and healthier relationship dynamics.

Book your individual or couples therapy session today. Appointments available online and in person.
