Consciously You specialises in Equine Assisted Coaching and Equine Facilitated Learning to help clients move from where they are, to where they want to be in their lives through the guidance and interaction of horses. We work with clients who have never been around horses, or don’t have their own horse as well as avid horse lovers who want to create a better bond and understanding with their own h

orse. For people with horses you can choose to work with one of my horses or work with your own. We offer:
-Individual sessions
-Group sessions
-Family sessions
-Workshops
-Tailored programs

We work with all ages from children and teenagers through to the elderly. Our training means we can work with disabilities both mental and physical, injury recovery, PTSD as well as personal and professional growth and development. Aside from a lifetime of work with horses, training, riding and working with them for my own personal development, I am a trained and qualified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP), Life Coach and Meditation teacher. As well as a Level 1 & 2 Equine Facilitated Learning Practitioner. All these skills have been combined to create a program tailored to you using the wonderful horses that have taught me so much, so that you may benefit from and experience the beauty and transformational power of these animals for yourself. She Rode Into Becoming

The white horse carried her
through the sleeping canyons
where the spirits of old warriors
still moved with the dust.

Her dark hair flowed behind her
like a river at night,
and the wind wrapped itself around her
as if it knew her name.

“Do not fear the unknown path,”
the horse whispered softly.
“The Earth Mother teaches through wandering.”

So she rode beyond sorrow,
beyond the voices that once made her small.

The mountains watched in silence.
The sky opened like a prayer.

And somewhere between the fading light
and the heartbeat of the land,
she became more than a woman

she became a song
the ancestors would remember.

Level 2 Equine Craniosacral done and dusted with Emma Loftus Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy for Horses and Humans taking us deeper into the fluid body, stillness, innate health and some very important topics on dentistry, TMJ, and head injuries and trauma.

I was so blessed to spend the week working on a very beautiful and special mare who really absorbed the work and took me on an amazing journey with her 🐎💕 and the best part was spending another week with some incredible women who I have so much love, admiration and respect for with the amazing work they are all doing in their fields ❤️
