Noah took part in practical farm maintenance by using the pressure washer to clean the farm bus. 🚌💦

It’s a great example of hands-on responsibility and contribution to keeping shared resources clean and ready for use. These everyday tasks build confidence and routine through real participation.

Sarah and Althea have been working together to design their very own kitchen safety poster, bringing creativity and practical thinking into the café environment. 🧑‍🍳

Kitchen safety is an important part of the daily café routine, and they’ve helped make it more engaging and visual for everyone involved. This is a great example of learning through participation, combining ideas, teamwork, and real responsibility in a working environment.

Well done Sarah and Althea for your creativity and contribution! 🧑‍🍳🎉

There’s something about State of Origin that brings people together.

Tonight, across Compass, conversations are already starting ... who’s backing who, favourite players, predictions, a bit of friendly rivalry.

Moments like this matter. Not because of the scoreboard, but because of what they create - connection, confidence, and shared experience.

At Compass, inclusion looks like this. Being part of the conversation. Having a voice. Showing up, choosing your team, and being part of something bigger.

Who are you backing tonight? 💙❤️

Learning in action.

Caitlin spent time contributing in the garden, engaging with the environment through hands-on participation.

These everyday moments build routine, focus, and connection — while supporting practical skill development in a natural setting. It’s steady growth through doing.

“GO QLD!” ❤️

Everyone deserves to have their voice heard - whether it’s backing their team or making bigger life decisions.
Austin didn’t hold back today - full voice, full energy, completely in the moment.

This is what confidence looks like.

Not scripted. Not staged. Just real participation, real expression, and being part of something bigger.
Game day brings people together- and today, Austin was right at the centre of it. ❤️

Progress continues in the Bali Garden at Caloundra, with Justin and the team contributing to the ongoing development of the space. 🌳🌴🍂

It’s a shared effort built through consistency, collaboration, and hands-on involvement. Each visit adds another layer of growth to a space that reflects care and community.

What happens when creativity, collaboration, and a good sense of humour come together?

You get a multimedia team producing their own episode — this time, all about puns.

Filming, sharing ideas, delivering lines, and working as a team… this is what everyday participation looks like inside a Compass creative programme.

Creativity was in full flow at our Caboolture Gympie activity session as participants came together to create stunning decorative trays.

Using colour, focus, and plenty of collaboration, each person explored their own design style while being supported by staff and peers in a shared creative environment. The result wasn’t just beautiful pieces - it was confidence, connection, and pride in what can be achieved together.

Moments like this reflect what inclusion really looks like in practice: people contributing, creating, and learning side by side.

Great work Dennis, keep on reaching your goals.
