Hills I will die on as a female Chiro supporting female chiros to create a great work life & practice balance.
Boundaries are good in theory but if you don’t know why you need them, have them, or want them, you will never hold them.
Secondly Balance isn’t some magic elixir that you figure out once and then it works for the rest of your life. Just like everything, life comes in seasons, as does Practice life, family life, and the hormonal life of a female. Honoring that and leaning into it is the best way to get that balance.
And finally trying to do everything all by yourself. It might make you feel strong and powerful in the moment… it’s actually the most surefire way to burn out.
Any I’ve missed?
